Aleksandra (Ola) Zając, MD, is a medical doctor with a passion for lifestyle medicine. She wants to never stop learning while sharing what she already knows as a health educator and prophylaxis popularizer. She mainly concentrates on how human lifestyle impacts their health and disease. After hours, she likes weightlifting, foreign affairs podcasts, learning Korean, and dogs (with a special affection for her own pup Zoja).

Ola is a young doctor with an exceptional passion for learning. She obtained the title of Medical Doctor in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. During her studies, she worked as a trainee in three different countries, gaining unusual experiences. After graduation, she decided to specialize in lifestyle medicine and gained her title as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician from the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. Then, she felt the need to know more about human psychology around food, which led her to study psychodietetics further. Recently, she has engaged in the Lipidology Certification Program. At Omni, Ola strives to popularize health knowledge in simple words. She’s a proud author of sunscreen and HOMA-IR calculators, which are known for achieving that goal.
Ola has gained and maintained the title of International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Physician, allowing her to consult patients on how to manage their diseases with evidence-based lifestyle interventions. To do so on a more widespread level, she runs an educational blog and social media group. She is an active member of the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine, as well as the Polish Lipidology Society. Ola currently participates in the Lipidology Certification Program, which wraps up with an exam and Lipodologist title by the end of 2024. She is recognized as an expert and has taken part in multiple interviews and podcasts.
